Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and take the correct action.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of special order items or gift cards.

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your item and once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you in the same way you originally paid. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
